Like most non-profits, Girls Golf of Omaha depends on the generous donations of individuals and corporate sponsors. The following businesses and organizations make it possible for us to provide your daughters with high-level professional instruction at a fraction of the cost of private lessons. Without these important partners, our program would not be where it is today. Please visit their websites and let them know that you appreciate their suppport of Girls Golf of Omaha.
Girls Golf of Omaha is proud to be a partner of Indian Creek Golf Course located in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Indian Creek is Omaha's finest 27 hole golf course that is privately owned and open to the public. With it's 37 acres of fairway, 65 well-placed bunkers, and 15 holes with the threat of water, this course will keep even the best golfers on their toes.
Girls Golf of Omaha began in 2009 when local business owner, Jerry Teeter, approached the Indian Creek Golf Professional at the time, Patrick Killbride about starting this program under the LPGA. Patrick brought Mimi Ramsbottom, Girls Golf Coach at Elkhorn South High, in to help us with the instruction, which has proven to be a valuable asset to our program. In 2011, Patrick moved on to another course and James Rolls took over Patricks position at Indian Creek as Director of Golf. James has done a fantastic job in picking up where Patrick left off in continuing to promote and help in the Girls Golf Program.

The club is run by a Board of Directors that curently consists of 6 members, each with different roles in the club. Each Board Member is a volunteer and most have daughters in the program. The Girls Golf of Omaha Board of Directors has made it a priority in 2013 to take the club to a higher level. We are currently in the process of getting recognized as a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization and we are looking to add more assistance with the more advanced golfers in Middle and High School.
